Making Our Armadura Yours
We get it, there are lots of options, and sometimes it can get a little confusing. I’ve made a list of the questions we get asked the most to hopefully clear things up. If there any more you’d like to ask please don’t hesitate to reach out via our contact form.
Which phones do you have covers for?
We currently offer our Armadura for the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, and the iPhone 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max and 14 Plus. Please note that all of the covers are size specific and so it’s important to choose the correct cover for your phone.
How do I know which iPhone I have?
On your phone, go to Settings > General > About. You should see the model of your iPhone there.
What do I do if I have an earlier iPhone model or if my phone isn’t an iPhone?
All of our Armadura Envelope iPhone Covers are designed to fit the size specifications of each model. Which means that if you have an earlier or one of the Mini, our phone covers will unfortunately not fit your phone.
And for that reason, we created our Holsters. They work with all of our straps and also have an envelope pocket for your cash and cards. And if you want a little more room for the extras you can add a pouch to that too!
There are sets and there are separates, how does this all work?
The goal of our Armadura is for you to combine any phone cover, strap and pouch to create your own combo. And we’ve set up a 10% discount when you add 3 or more items to your cart to encourage you to do just that. But we’ve also put together sets and combos for you to shop as is.
What if I want to gift someone an Armadura?
No problem! Our packaging is already quite pretty, ha! Each Armadura comes in a drawstring bag and with a personalized note. This gets put into a gold box, tied closed and sealed with a wax stamp. The only time you won’t get a box is you order a single phone cover or strap or pouch. You can add your own message to the notes and we’ll print it out for you.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
All of our orders are shipped and delivered on week days from our warehouse in Cape Town. You can select different courier service options (overnight or economy) at checkout, but your order should reach you within 24 to 48 hours. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
I have the cover, now how do I put it on?
Here’s a link to show you how to insert your iPhone in the cover. Start at the corner with the camera and work your way around. Our covers are designed to be snug, If you have any bulging or gaping please let us know and we’ll replace the cover for you.
What if I don’t like it?
No problem. If you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order we can either exchange it or process a refund. You will be charged a courier for the return of the product. If you are wanting a refund, we will deduct the fee from the amount owed to you. But if you would like to exchange your Armadura for something else, we will send you an invoice for the courier fee which will have to be paid before we book the collection.
