Shipping Information
We ship orders weekdays from Cape Town, with options available at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders placed over weekends will be dispatched Monday morning by 11 AM.
Shipping options:
- Local Standard (Cape Town): Same-day if ordered before 10 AM, otherwise overnight.
- Main Centre Economy: 2-3 working days.
- Main Centre Overnight: Orders before 10 AM arrive next day (excluding weekends).
- Regional Economy: 3-5 working days for outlying areas.

Do you have covers for Samsung or other Android phones?
For now we only make covers for iPhone.
How do I check my phone size?
- Go to Settings > General > About. To the right of Model Name, you’ll find the model of your iPhone.
Can I choose a size different to my phone model?
All of the cases have slightly different dimensions, if you choose the incorrect size the cover will not fit your phone properly and the phone may fall out.
What if I choose the wrong size?
You are welcome to exchange your Armadura within 14 days in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we have a Kiosk at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and a Pop-Up at Mall of Africa in Johannesburg.
How do I clean my Armadura?
Clean your Armadura with a soft damp cloth to remove dust and dirt, this should be done regularly to avoid dirt buildup. Do not use harsh cleaning products or solvents. Treating your Armadura with leather food will help prolong it's lifespan and keep the leather supple. Store your Armadura in it's bag when not in use to protect it from dirt and scratches.
Can I get gift wrapping?
All of our online orders containing two or more pieces are shipped in our fabric bags and in a gold box, tied with string and sealed with our monogrammed wax seal.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Do you create custom pieces?
We're not able to build custom pieces at this time.

We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
